Illinois cop faces felony rap for allegedly tossing woman into jail cell, shattering bones in her face - NY Daily News:
Cassandra Feuerstein, 47, required reconstructive surgery that included a titanium plate fitted for her cheek.

Officer Michael Hart, 43, right, declined to speak to reporters after he was released on $75,000 bond. He is a 19-year veteran with the Skokie Police Department.

A security camera allegedly shows Hart tossing Feuerstein into the jail cell. Hart's lawyer says Feuerstein was resisting the officer's order to get into the cell.
